Regularly enjoying joyful and nourishing connections to nature, ourselves and each other can be the fuel for meaning and fulfillment throughout our lives.
Building and maintaining such relationships in our personal lives however, can be an incredible challenge. It is rare to receive the guidance or support for good foundations from the get go whether it be with family, friends, lovers or partners.
Come to this all day workshop and post-workshop celebration in Colo, 1.5 hours from Sydney, to learn communication and relating tools for joyful, heartfelt and safe connections that you can apply in your life.
Join skilled facilitator, sex therapist and relationship counsellor, Jeremy Lee Shub in the beautiful surrounds of the Wollemi wilderness where we can be supported by nature to speak a stronger truth for ourselves. To go on a deep journey of exploration and empowerment with a hearty dose of play and possibly even silliness. So that we can let go, communicate what we hesitate to and powerfully move towards whatever it is that we would like to create for the planet, ourselves and our loved ones in this world through our connections with one another.
– Learn tools for finding, communicating and expressing your inner truth
– Get what you need from your relationships and be heard when asking for what you want.
– Strongly vocalise your boundaries for personal safety and to support you to engage in the experiences that serve you
– Express honestly about sex and sensuality when you choose to without fear of shame and judgment.
– Join and celebrate with others in the journey towards a community of individuals able to connect and authentically relate for a better world.
This workshop includes:
– Full day workshop experience
– Lunch and dinner on Saturday. Special food diets can be catered for on request. If you have any food allergies PLEASE make sure we know about them in advance.
– Post-workshop fireside celebration
– Accommodation for Saturday and Friday night if required at no extra cost. Bunkhouse accommodation and camping facilties, including hot showers. If you are staying prior to and after the workshop, please bring food to share for meals on Friday and Sunday.
