shcraft and permaculture guide\, Ei Yang of ReNourish ReWild.
Foraging weeds and wild food\; there is no more sustainable way to eat. This workshop will get you on your way to confidently identifying and usi ng wild plants that grow in the Greater Sydney region with tools and techn iques that you can use both here and further afield.
\nFor food\, me dicine\, fibre etc. the plant world can offer a cornucopia of uses when yo u look beyond labels such as “weed”.
\nCome for some hands-on learni ng of commonly available wild edibles from the Hawkesbury EarthCare Centre site\, growing food organically for 20 ye ars.
